Zillow Group has formed a partnership with Google to provide the search giant with access to its real-time mortgage data.
Zillow's data on rates and lender ratings and reviews will be made available on the Google Compare for Mortgages product. Lenders that use Zillow Group Mortgages for its marketing will be able to reach consumers through Google.
"This partnership allows us the unique opportunity to help borrowers by providing them with the industry's most accurate, real-time information about home loans and mortgage lenders," Erin Lantz, Zillow Group vice president of mortgages, said in a Monday news release.
Zillow Group's lenders will have their rates, ratings and reviews displayed in a prominent position on Google's site and on Zillow's network of sites, including its namesake site, as well as Trulia and Hotpads.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed and Zillow did not provide a date for when the partnership will begin.
