Radian Guaranty, Philadelphia has begun has begun offering a title insurance alternative product called Radian Lien Protection as part of a website-based closing package. The new product insures lenders against a range of losses, particularly those caused by undisclosed property liens. It is designed to reduce title fees by more than 50% on refinances, second mortgages and home equity loans.The product, which is being offered in conjunction with ExpressClose, is part of a closing package that is accessible through a secure website.
