Guild Mortgage has selected Michael Ferreira as its new regional vice president in Northern California.

He returns to Guild after serving as a district manager with the company from 2013-2017, and will support sales and business development throughout Northern California.

Ferreira was most recently with Movement Mortgage, where he was regional sales director for Northern California for the last three years.

The StoneHill Group has appointed Rick Buss director of due diligence.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational oversight of StoneHill's RRE Due Diligence Services.

Buss previously had been with Deephaven Mortgage from 2016-2020 as the vice president of due diligence and securitization.

Nicole Cluff has joined Constant as vice president, head of product strategy, following a 16-year career at TD Bank where she led execution teams for mortgage collections, mortgage servicing governance and operational risk management.

In her new role at Constant, Cluff will spearhead development and implementation of relief products for large strategic partnerships.

Greystone has named Philip Miller as a managing director in a newly created role focused on developing proptech strategies across its unified lending platforms.

Miller brings over 25 years of CRE lending and securitization experience to Greystone.

Prior to joining Greystone, he served as head of CMBS at MUFG, and previously held a similar role at Macquarie.

Caddis, a national health care real estate investment firm, has named Lance Hardenburg as the managing partner of the company.

In 2017, Hardenburg joined Caddis as its executive vice president and general counsel, and most recently served as chief operating officer.

Before working with Caddis, he spent more than two decades as a transactional attorney with positions at Hallett & Perrin PC and Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP.
