Wegmann, based in the Chicago area, brings with him to USA more than 20 years of industry experience.

Powell, who will work out of the Charlotte, N.C., area, previously owned Bedford Paulownia Partners.
His 25 years in the industry include senior positions with Coester Valuation Management Services, Virginia Equity Partners, Alliance Home Funding and Preferred Mortgage Group.

Greystone said that Ana Ramos has been named a managing director and regional head of West Coast small loan production.
She is a Greystone alumnus with 20 years of total commercial real estate lending experience, specializing in agency origination and execution.
Ramos rejoins Greystone after serving as a vice president at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and as a senior vice president and regional manager at Hunt Mortgage Group.
