Sierra Pacific Mortgage has hired Jeff Lochmandy as vice president, divisional sales director for third-party originations.

Lochmandy, who will be based in Atlanta, joins Sierra with over 30 years of industry experience.

Before joining Sierra, he served as the managing director for HomePoint Financial and its predecessor organization, Stonegate Mortgage.

San Diego

ReverseVision has appointed Carissa Orozco as director of business development, strategic partners.

Orozco brings 17 years of mortgage industry experience to ReverseVision and most recently served as vice president of reverse sales at United Northern Mortgage Bankers.

She also has held the position of director of learning and organizational development at Synergy One Lending and Retirement Funding Solutions.

The Conference of State Bank Supervisors said that Jim Payne, director of examinations and assistant deputy commissioner for the Consumer and Mortgage Lending Division of the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner, will serve as the new NMLS ombudsman.

The NMLS ombudsman provides state regulators and industry a neutral environment for discussing NMLS issues and policies governing the system.

Prior to his role as NMLS ombudsman, Payne served as co-chair of the NMLS Modernization Steering Committee.

Kentucky

Glasgow

Ross Mortgage Corp. is expanding into Kentucky with a new office in Glasgow, which will be led by branch manager Matthew Stevens.

He will be joined by fellow loan officers Juanita Hill and Craig Davis, as well as sales manager Anne Bunch.

Stevens is a Military Mortgage Boot Camp certified originator and is a specialist in military mortgage lending. His team also specializes in helping rural families secure USDA loans.

JLL Capital Markets has expanded its loan sale advisory group with the addition of veteran broker Will Sledge.

Sledge joins JLL as a senior managing director focused on performing and nonperforming loan and REO portfolio sales.

Prior to joining JLL, he spent 17 years at Mission Capital Advisors, where he most recently served as the head of business development and execution.

Also joining JLL is Kyle Kaminski, who spent the last eight years as a managing director of execution/trading at Mission Capital Advisors alongside Sledge.
