ReverseVision has promoted its president Joe Langner to president and chief executive officer.

He has more than 30 years of executive experience at mortgage technology and software companies.

Langner is a former chief operating officer and chief sales officer at Ellie Mae, and he also served as chief executive officer at Blue Sage, a cloud-based, digital lending platform.

Walker & Dunlop Inc. said that Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners Inc. has hired Michael Link as director on its capital formation team.

Link will be based out of the firm’s Denver headquarters and will be responsible for marketing and fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining WDIP, he served as assistant vice president of investor relations at Massachusetts-based Brookwood Financial Partners.

Revolution Mortgage has opened a new branch in Nashville, which will be led by Lea Murphy.

Murphy is joining Revolution Mortgage with a career in the lending industry that spans over 17 years in Nashville, working for companies such as Mortgage Investors Group and PrimeLending.

Dallas

International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP said that real estate and bankruptcy attorney Steven Smith has joined the firm as a partner in its Dallas office.

Smith’s real estate practice includes representation of conduit and other lenders and borrowers involved in the financing of commercial real estate.

Before joining Dorsey, he was a member with Frost Brown Todd in the Dallas office.

CBC Mortgage Agency has promoted Miki Adams to president. She is taking over the role from Richard Ferguson, who will work on developing new affordable housing initiatives.

Adams, who previously served as executive vice president of CBCMA, has 30 years of mortgage lending experience.
