Most recently, he was chief credit officer at Caliber Home Loans in Irving, Texas.
Sheth has more than 18 years of experience in corporate finance, equities and technology.
He is one of the co-founders of Aurionpro, a global technology provider headquartered in Mumbai, India.

PHH Corp. said that Albert Celini has joined the company as senior vice president, risk and compliance.
Celini will succeed Leith Kaplan and assume the role of chief risk and compliance officer of PHH Corp., effective Jan. 1, 2018.
Kaplan, who has served as the company's chief risk and compliance officer since 2014, will continue to serve in this role through Dec. 31.
Celini most recently was a risk management consultant with Newbold Advisors, a professional services firm, and Common Securitizations, a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Berkadia has hired Hilary Provinse as executive vice president and head of mortgage banking.
She joins Berkadia from Fannie Mae after a 15-year career, where she most recently served as senior vice president and head of multifamily customer engagement.
Prior to her tenure at Fannie Mae, Provinse spent nearly a decade on Wall Street in investment banking and fixed income trading at Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns.
