Ward is a 30-year industry veteran and has worked extensively in the government-sponsored enterprise arena.

AEI Consultants has also promoted Kim Spalding and Rovin Narine to vice presidents of national accounts.

Fannie Mae has appointed Stergios "Terry" Theologides as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Theologides, who has more than 20 years of legal and business experience, most recently served with CoreLogic as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.

Sierra Pacific Mortgage Co. said that John Moore and the Moore Lending Group have joined the company to build out its retail lending platform in the state of Florida.

Moore brings to the company over 30 years of residential home loan experience.

Before starting the Moore Lending Group over 10 years ago, he spent many years working at regional and national levels with Home Savings of America and Washington Mutual.

Berkadia has added managing directors Carolyn Whatley and Laura Beaton, and senior director George Spadier to its mortgage banking team.

Whatley brings more than 30 years of multifamily commercial real estate experience to Berkadia's HUD team and previously served as a director and SVP at Capital One Multifamily Finance.

Beaton joins Berkadia's Boston office from Walker & Dunlop, where she served as vice president and focused on arranging debt financing for commercial property owners.

Spadier will be based out of Berkadia's Los Angeles office and previously served with Sunrise Mortgage & Investment Co. as a vice president responsible for arranging financing for multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties.

WFG National Title Insurance Co. said that Julie Curlen will lead WFG's New York agency team out of its new Midtown Manhattan office.

Curlen brings to the company more than 30 years of industry experience.
