With over 20 years of industry experience, Garcia joined LDWholesale in November 2015 as sales and operations liaison.
Before joining LDWholesale, Garcia served as the national director of sales at Royal Pacific Funding Corp. He also served with Impac Cos., New Century Mortgage and Countrywide Mortgage.

The Federal Savings Bank has hired Michael MacDonald as its chief information officer.
In his new role, MacDonald will be a member of the senior management team and responsible for the overall IT direction of the bank.
Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, he was an executive at Banco Popular for 13 years.

Beth Hallett has rejoined Mortgage Network Inc. as sales manager and co-manager of its Lancaster, Pa., branch office.
In her new role, Hallett will be responsible for overseeing sales and managing branch operations.
A 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Hallett previously worked for Mortgage Network for four years.
Hallett joins Garry Seidel, a 17-year industry veteran, who has been promoted to the position of co-manager of the Lancaster branch.
Also rejoining the Lancaster branch is Jen Stouffer, a senior loan underwriter with 25 years of mortgage experience, and senior loan processor Andrea Caswell, a 13-year industry veteran.

Ditech Financial has hired Brad Goedken as chief information officer for originations, capital markets and corporate systems.
Goedken most recently served as chief technology officer for Sun Trust Mortgage.
Prior to his time at Sun Trust Mortgage, he held several technology leadership positions in the mortgage industry, including having served as chief information officer for Capital One Mortgage, as well as roles at Wells Fargo Mortgage, Bank of America and Citi.

Highlands Residential Mortgage said that Mark Etchison has joined the leadership team as senior vice president/regional manager.
Prior to joining Highlands, he was a senior vice president of retail for Stonegate Mortgage.
In addition to his tenure at Stonegate Mortgage, Etchison served with at Wells Fargo Bank and Fifth Third Bank.
