Ellie Mae has integrated settlement software from Qualia with its Encompass platform.
The integration between Qualia's cloud-based offering and Encompass is intended to streamline the workflow for users. In particular, it allows users to import rates and fees, including revised title-related fees, directly onto the 2015 itemization form.
The integration also allows document sharing and updates the Closing Disclosure with rate and fee quotes.
"Our new integration with Qualia offers quoting and ordering directly from Encompass to ensure compliance, loan quality and efficiency for customers of all sizes," said Joe Tyrrell, Ellie Mae's executive vice president of corporate strategy, in a news release Tuesday.
