21 banks with the largest wholesale mortgage volume in Q3

The top five lenders in the ranking have a combined wholesale volume of nearly $18 billion at the end of the third quarter of 2023. While some lenders saw an increase in volume between Q2 and Q3, one achieved significant growth with a rise of 109.58%.

The data in this ranking was sourced from National Mortgage News' MortgageStats site, which pulls from quarterly call reports available from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
