The top five banks in the ranking of depositories holding the most servicing on average increased their unpaid principal balance by an average of 5.26% in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the prior quarter. First United Bank and Trust Company saw the biggest growth in mortgage servicing volume between the third and fourth quarters, with an increase of 12.79%.
The data in this ranking was sourced from National Mortgage News' MortgageStats site, which pulls from quarterly call reports available from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
