How do I add users to my membership?
If you are interested in an Enterprise membership or would like to add additonal users to an existing membership, contact Us or call 212-803-8841 to learn more.
What is the refund policy?
When cancelling a subscription, your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. Prorated refunds will not be issued after purchase is complete. Your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period. Please see subscription agreement to learn more.
How will I know when my membership expires?
Your membership renewal date can be found in your purchase confirmation email, as well as in the 'Subscriptions' section in My Account.
What happens to my subscription at the end of my introductory period?
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your introductory period at the current renewal rate. You can disable auto-renew at any time in My Account
Why am I not receiving the newsletters I’ve signed up for?
If you are not receiving your newsletters, try the following steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder to see if your newsletters have ended up there
- Add newsletters.arizent.com to your email contacts
- If you are using a corporate email address, reach out to your IT department and ask about email filtering
What do I receive when I register for a guest account on nationalmortgagenews.com/?
When you create a guest account, you receive access to a limited number of exclusive articles as well as your own and access to the Preference Center, where you can customize your experience by selecting topical newsletters, follow your favorite journalists and choose the topics you are interested in most.
