FNF Group, a division of Fidelity National Financial, has agreed to acquire real estate software company Commissions Inc.
Commissions Inc. altogether has more than 1,500 customers, including real estate agents and teams. FNF said that it plans to cross-sell CINC's product suite to its existing customers through its title sales force.
"To this point, CINC's strong revenue and customer growth has been largely organic, with minimal sales force efforts needed," FNF Chairman William Foley II said in a news release Tuesday.
"We plan to leverage FNF's title sales force to proactively cross-sell the CINC product suite to our leading customers. With CINC's solid existing customer base, innovative product set and our combined plan for continued development of the CINC product suite, we find the opportunity for further significant revenue and EBITDA growth to be compelling."
Commissions Inc. provides web-based marketing and customer relationship management software to real estate agents. The service incorporates a consumer-facing website that features local MLS data and access to two mobile apps.
Financial details and a closing date for the transaction were not disclosed.
